In the second quarter of 2024, geolocation games continued to entertain and engage users across the United States. Sensor Tower's data provides an overview of how top games performed on the Android platform. Here's a look at the highlights for the top five geolocation games.

Pokémon GO from Niantic, Inc. saw its revenue fluctuate, starting at $5.3M and peaking at $5.5M towards the end of the quarter. Downloads surged to 17M in mid-May, while weekly active users showed a rising trend, ending the quarter with nearly 488K active users.

Jurassic World Alive, developed by Jam City, Inc., experienced a revenue peak of $1.4M in early June, while downloads hit a high of 1.4K in mid-April. Weekly active users reached their highest at 4.7K also in mid-April, showing a varied trend throughout the quarter.

Niantic's Pikmin Bloom did not generate revenue this quarter, but downloads and active users remained steady. The game saw downloads peak at 87 in late June and ended the quarter with a weekly active user count of 634.

Elyland's Draconius GO: Catch a Dragon! also reported no revenue. However, the game saw a slight increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching 33, and active users peaked at 53 in mid-April.

ZRX: Zombies Run + Marvel Move from Six to Start did not report revenue and showed limited download activity in the early weeks of April. Weekly active users had a brief spike to 56 in the second week of April.
